Seriously I fukn hate my self nd my life!! I almost wish I would just fukn od. if I dont find a dam rehab that will help me without having several grand to pay them im seriously not gona keep doing this. why must yu be rich or at least have access to excessive amounts of cash to have the chance to be sober nd have a good better sober life???
It's pretty disgusting how much rehab facilities can charge especially when you consider that most addicts going into treatment have spent what money they did have...and their families have exhausted their own funds trying to "help" their loved one. It's total crap and I'm sorry you're not finding a place that meets your needs! They do exist...so don't give up! I'm praying for you and hoping you can get the help you need. Be strong, Angel! You matter!!
ReplyDeleteSeems like you're full of excuses and thrive on being a victim. You were in rehab, left early and started using almost immediately. All states offer rehab to people without money. You may have to wait for a room, but in the meantime you could see a therapist or go to an na or other support group which is free. Bottom line is if you really wanted to stop you would.
ReplyDeletelol I think its fuuny ppl leave nasty comments but are to chicken to say who they are. at least ohave the balls to say who I am. nd yes there are places and im on the waiting lists. however in 6 months IR will probly be to late. if it was so easy to just say I wana quit nd just quit then im pretty sure so many ppl wudn have any problems nd there'd be no need foe drugs to be banned nd no need for rehabs. However I guess ignorece is a big problem in why so many ppl dont get the help the truly need. And yes I was in a rehab but every person needs individual help. its not one size fits all nd the place I was in did not fit my type of help. I have never been in jail, never sold or traded my body, never sold drugs or had a illegal job, ive never stole from a store or person to support my habbit, I own my own home nd far so im not homeless. So how does bein in a place that soley geared towards women that are sent there as part of there jail/prison sentences going to help ne? it wont bcz most of the women in the place are not there bcz they wana be nd wana be clean. they are there bcz rehab is much better than jail. so I left bcz if im going to be in rehab im going to be in a place that the ppl there truly wana be clean nd aren't talking bout drugs or bringing them in. where the help yu receive is more geared for someone from my background. However im sure yull find sum reason to say sum nasty negative annyonmous comment bak. So say wat yu will. Sumone with no respect or balls really is not on the top of my I give a shit list.

Idk I just hope I can save up enough money so I can go to a place nd be home by Xmas. I doubt tht will happen but I wont stop trying to get help til I literally die. Ive even asked family court nd social workers for help they all say same shit. There's not much we can do. I hate the state of KY. other states help addicts out. KY doesn't like doing muchto help anyone v

ReplyDeleteRe rehabs being so expensive ~ looking at the situation from across the pond there seem to be a LOT of things about America that seem grossly unfair. (If you manage to get help for "free", don't you have to pay the system back? I know of no other country in the world that would require this...)
Remember that NA is free of charge. They might not be perfect and yes you will meet loads of nutters and people who take the programme far too seriously (but not in the right way, from what I see) but it definitely works for those who stick with it. I've been turning up here and there, now and then, for long enough to see that. You definitely have to get a sponsor and do the entire programme without skipping bits. And they don't consider a person "clean" until they are off methadone, Suboxone or anything else except prescribed psychiatric drugs and if you happen to need them I would keep quiet about it because it's nobody's business.
Anyway I hope you find what you're looking for sooner, rather than later...
